Spend time with us at this magical four-day festival in Cornwall, where we’ve invited our friend and top chef Freddy Bird from the Lido in Bristol to cook for us. On top of this we’ll have several bars and pop-ups across the festival serving our delicious range of ales.
We’ll be building Freddy a mega bespoke Skinner’s fire pit forged out of old metal brew tanks where he can suspend joints of meat to slow cook over the flames and take on those delicious smoky, charcoal flavours. He’s already got plans to create some distinctive dishes to complement our beers as well as using the beer itself as an ingredient.
When you’re not indulging in Freddy’s fantastic food, the festival offers a magical combination of books, food, music, art, comedy, fashion, film and flowers in the spectacular grounds of the ancient Port Eliot estate. Whether you’re swimming in the estuary, picnicking under a 300 year old tree, rocking out at the Park Stage, catching an intimate gig in the church, attending a beer tasting or simply enjoying a pint of Lushingtons sunshine pale ale, you’ll never forget Port Eliot.
