Skinner’s Brewery in Truro will be hosting a ‘drop and shop’ relief centre for those less inclined to festive spending to coincide with late night shopping on the 29th of November.

For those who would prefer to indulge their taste buds rather than the bank manager, Skinner’s will be offering a rare public evening event on the art of ale, including a brewery tour – with the chance to explore their hand-picked ingredients and learn how their unique blend of hops and malts create the complex tastes in their beers. This all followed – of course – by a chance to sample the brewery’s award-winning ales.

The tour will run from 6pm – 9pm with tickets costing £10. What’s more, there will be limited free parking onsite for the responsible adult in the shopping party, with spaces within easy distance of the city centre.

The Brewery shop will also be open until 9pm for the chance to pick up the perfect gift for the beer fan this Christmas, or just as a little take home treat.

Advance bookings are recommended but drop-ins on the night are welcome. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. The tour is not open to those under 14. Sampling for over 18’s only.
