If you would like to experience a brewery in action, sample our award-winning ales and discover the secrets of our success, book to go on the Skinner’s brewery tour. Our brewery tours and group brewery visits are popular so must be booked in advance.

The public tasting tours offer a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes and are followed by tutored beer tasting in the brewery’s tap room. All brewery visits and tours are led by experienced guides who’ll teach you about the brewing process, share their stories of the brewery and provide a fascinating insight into our ales.

Daily public tour (Mon – Fri)

The daily brewery tasting tour lasts around an hour and a half. This is followed by a tutored beer tasting in the tap room, where one of our experts will talk you through each of the Skinner’s ales. The tasting lasts for around an hour but we are quite a relaxed bunch and it can last longer.

Brewery tasting tours run from Monday to Friday (booking only from the end of October – see below for details). The brewery is closed on bank holidays.

Exclusive tours and brewery parties

As well as our public tasting tours, we offer large groups exclusive access to the brewery for private guided tours, bespoke beer tastings and private parties. We offer these group tours for 10 to 50 people from Monday to Saturday. Our group tours include an exclusive guided brewery tour, beer tasting with our experts, exclusive access to the brewery tap room and a hot Cornish pasty.

Our group tours are popular and must be booked with as much notice in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Sorry, but we do not currently run tours on Sundays or public holidays but can cater for special requests if you are a large group.
